Renovation works to buildings are often not carried out or there shifts in time, which causes degradation of the building. The article presents an analysis consequences abandoning renovation works. aim this is present a method preliminarily planning renovations MRUB (Managing Un-renovated Buildings). This decision-making support based on case omission renovations. may lead threat stability building’s structure, threaten lives its users, and further damage building by damaging elements, even cause disaster. Often, as result abandonment renovation, usually caused lack owner, improper manager, irresponsible owners, these objects degraded. failure renovating irreversible processes destruction. As research, it was found that only bad technical condition prerequisite for carrying renovation. absence works, addition condition, should be motivating factor. problem presented using example palace Drwalewice.
